• Steno-Typist-cum-Computer Operator (Grade 14) — 08 — Tk 10,200–24,680 — Graduate; shorthand Eng 70 / Bn 45 wpm; typing Eng 30 / Bn 25 wpm
• Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist (Grade 16) — 08 — Tk 9,300–22,490 — HSC or equivalent; typing 20 wpm Eng and Bangla
• Driver (Grade 16) — 04 — Tk 9,300–22,490 — SSC or equivalent; valid light-vehicle driving licence
• Office Support Staff (Office Sohayok) (Grade 20) — 09 — Tk 8,250–20,010 — SSC or equivalent

Total: 36 posts. One candidate may apply for one post only.

Age, residency and selection

• Age 18–30 years as of 01 October 2023 (up to 32 for eligible special quotas). Affidavits are not accepted for age proof.
• Only genuine permanent residents of Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Nilphamari and Gaibandha districts.
• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen; not married (or promised) to a non-citizen; no conviction for moral turpitude.
• Written + oral for all posts. Practical exams where skill/speed or driving requirements apply.
• Serving staff need proper-channel permission and original NOC at viva.
• Latest government quota rules apply. Incomplete forms are rejected. Lobbying disqualifies. No TA/DA for exams.

How to apply

1. Open taxran.teletalk.com.bd and fill the online form carefully.
2. Upload a colour photo (300×300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300×80 px, max 60 KB).
3. Review the Applicant’s Copy before paying. After fee payment, no edits are allowed.
4. Pay by Teletalk prepaid SMS within 72 hours using your User ID. Unpaid forms are not accepted.
5. Keep a colour print of the Applicant’s Copy for written / viva.

• Serials 1–4: Tk 112 (100 + 12 service charge)
• Serial 5 (Office Support Staff): Tk 56 (50 + 6)
• Small ethnic groups, persons with disability, third gender: Tk 56 for any post

Admit card and viva documents

Exam notices go by SMS and on www.tzr.gov.bd. Download a colour admit card from the apply portal. For viva, bring originals plus attested copies of certificates, citizenship/residency proof, character certificate, NID/birth certificate, quota papers (if any), Applicant’s Copy and photos as listed in the circular.
