Age, residency and selection

• Age 18–32 years as of 01 October 2023. Affidavits are not accepted for age proof; follow the latest government circulars.
• Only genuine permanent residents of Cumilla, Chandpur and Brahmanbaria districts.
• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen; not married (or promised) to a non-citizen; no conviction for moral turpitude.
• Written and oral exams for all posts. Practical tests also apply where the circular lists skill/speed requirements.
• Serving government, semi-government or autonomous staff must apply with proper-channel permission and bring original NOC at viva. Departmental candidates must select Departmental Candidate on the form.
• Latest government quota rules apply. False papers cancel candidature. Lobbying disqualifies.

How to apply

2. Upload a colour photo (300×300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300×80 px, max 60 KB).
3. Review the Applicant’s Copy before paying. After fee payment, no edits are allowed.
4. Pay by Teletalk prepaid SMS within 72 hours using your User ID. Unpaid forms are not accepted.
5. Keep a colour print of the Applicant’s Copy for practical / viva.

• Serials 1–6: Tk 112 (100 + 12 service charge)
• Serial 7 (Office Assistant / Sohayok): Tk 56 (50 + 6)
• Small ethnic groups, persons with disability, third gender: Tk 56 for any post

Admit card and viva documents

Exam notices go by SMS and on the official site. Download a colour admit card from the apply portal using your User ID and password. For viva, bring originals plus attested copies of certificates, NID/birth certificate, residency proof, character certificate, Applicant’s Copy and photos as listed in the circular.
