• Stenotypist-cum-Computer Operator (Grade 14) — 17 — Tk 10,200–24,680 — Graduate; shorthand Eng 70 / Bn 45 wpm; typing Eng 30 / Bn 25 wpm
• Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist (Grade 16) — 06 — Tk 9,300–22,490 — HSC (2nd division/GPA); typing 20 wpm Eng and Bangla
• Driver (Grade 16) — 03 — Tk 9,300–22,490 — SSC or equivalent; valid light-vehicle driving licence

Total: 47 posts. Office: 15 Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000. One candidate may apply for one post only.

Age, residency and selection

• Age 18–30 years as of 01 October 2023. Affidavits are not accepted for age proof; follow the latest government circulars.
• Only genuine permanent residents of Dhaka District.
• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen; not married (or promised) to a non-citizen; no conviction for moral turpitude.
• Written + oral for all posts. Practical exams where skill/speed requirements apply. Selected candidates need a Civil Surgeon fitness certificate and security clearance.
• Serving staff need proper-channel permission and original NOC at viva. Only Taxes Department staff may tick Departmental Candidate.
• Latest government quota rules apply. Incomplete forms are rejected. Lobbying disqualifies. No TA/DA for exams.

How to apply

1. Open tax13.teletalk.com.bd and fill the online form carefully.
2. Upload a colour photo (300×300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300×80 px, max 60 KB).
3. Review the Applicant’s Copy before paying. After fee payment, no edits are allowed.
4. Pay by Teletalk prepaid SMS within the allowed window using your User ID. Unpaid forms are not accepted.
5. Keep a colour print of the Applicant’s Copy for practical / viva.

• Serials 1–6: Tk 112 (including service charge)
• Serial 7 (Office Support Staff): Tk 56
• Small ethnic groups, persons with disability, third gender: Tk 56 for any post

Admit card and viva documents

Exam notices go by SMS and on the official site / notice board. Download a colour admit card from the apply portal. For viva, bring originals plus attested copies of certificates, NID/birth certificate, residency proof, character certificate, Applicant’s Copy and photos as listed in the circular.
