Online Application Instructions
10. Interested candidates must fill out the application form online at http://nimhr.teletalk.com.bd. The timeline for application submission is as follows:
- The start date and time for completing the online application form and depositing the examination fee is 30/04/2025 at 10:00 AM.
- The last date and time for submitting the online application form is 20/05/2025 at 05:00 PM.
- Once the online application is completed, candidates can pay the examination fee within 72 hours through SMS.
- The online application must include the following:
- A color photograph (300 × 300 pixels) and a signature (300 × 80 pixels) were uploaded in the designated spaces. The image size must not exceed 100 KB, and the signature size must not exceed 60 KB.
- Candidates should ensure the accuracy of the information before applying online, as this information will be used for all further processes.
- After submission, candidates must keep a printed copy of the completed application for future reference and submit one copy during the oral examination.
- SMS Payment Process:
- For Post 1: Examination fee of 150 BDT + Teletalk service charge 18 BDT = 168 BDT.
- For Posts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8: Examination fee of 100 BDT + Teletalk service charge 12 BDT = Total 112 BDT.
- For Post 9: Examination fee of 50 BDT + Teletalk service charge 6 BDT = 56 BDT.
- For disadvantaged candidates: 50 BDT + service charge of 6 BDT = 56 BDT.
SMS Instructions: - First SMS: Write “NIMHR User ID” and send it to 16222.
- Example: “NIMHR ABCDEF” and send to 16222.
- Reply: “Applicant’s Name, TK-223/112 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678. To pay the fee, type NIMHR Yes PIN and send to 16222.”
- Second SMS: Write “NIMHR Yes ” and send it to 16222.
- Example: “NIMHR Yes 12345678”
- Reply: “Congratulations! Payment completed successfully for NIMHR application for (post name). Your User ID is (ABCDEF), and your password is (xxXXXXXX).”
