Mod Job Circular Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Applicants from all districts can apply.
2. Appointment Guidelines:
   • Positions listed under serial numbers 1, 4, and 6 will follow the “Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-Cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014” (amended in 2020).
   • For the positions listed under serial number 3, the “Library Staff (Ministry of Defence) Recruitment Rules, 2013” will be followed.
   • For positions listed under serial numbers 2 and 5, the “Ministry and Departmental Employees Recruitment Rules, 2018” will be followed.
3. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 32 as of 06/04/2025. However, the age limit may be relaxed up to 40 years for departmental candidates.
4. Government Employees: Government, semi-government, and autonomous body employees must apply with proper permission from their respective authorities. For positions listed under serial numbers 1 and 4, the age limit for departmental candidates will be relaxed up to 40 years. Departmental candidates must select the “Departmental Candidate” option when completing the application form. The appointing authority must submit a no-objection certificate during the oral test.
5. Documents Required:
   • Original copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, citizenship, character certificates, and two recent passport-size colored photos must be shown during the oral test.
   • National ID, completed online application form, and admit card should also be submitted.
   • For freedom fighters, martyrs’ children, and women freedom fighters, certificates must be presented per government guidelines.
   • Certificates for ethnic minorities, physically challenged candidates, and third-gender candidates should also be presented.

After getting the User ID, candidates must pay the exam fee through SMS within 72 hours. They must also upload a colored photo (300×300 pixels) and a signature (300×80 pixels) to the online application. The photo should be no larger than 100 KB, and the signature should be no larger than 60 KB. Candidates should double-check their application for any mistakes before submitting it, as no changes can be made afterward. Finally, candidates should print a copy of the application form and bring it to the oral test.

   Admit cards will be issued via SMS and downloaded from the website http://mod.teletalk.com.bd. The card will contain the candidate’s roll number, post name, exam date, time, and venue. Candidates must print and bring the admit card for the written and oral tests.
