• Junior Officer (Operations) (Grade 10) — 01 — Tk 16,000–38,640 — B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Petroleum / Chemical); at least one 1st class/division (3rd class not accepted); age 18–32
• Junior Officer (Accounts & Finance) (Grade 10) — 01 — Tk 16,000–38,640 — M.Com / MBA / MBS with at least one 1st class/division or equivalent CGPA; age 18–32
• Junior Officer (HR & Admin / Company Secretary) (Grade 10) — 01 — Tk 16,000–38,640 — MA / MBA (Management/HRM) / M.Com (Management/HR) / MSS (Public Administration) with at least one 1st class/division; age 18–32
• Boiler Operator (Grade 16) — 01 — Tk 9,300–22,490 — SSC + relevant certificate course; min. 3 years practical experience; Boiler Inspector ‘A’ or ‘B’ grade certificate; age 18–32
• Pump Operator (Grade 20) — 01 — Tk 8,250–20,010 — Class 8 pass + 3 years relevant experience
• Office Assistant (Grade 20) — 01 — Tk 8,250–20,010 — Class 8 pass; experienced candidates preferred

Total: 6 posts. Office: Padma Bhaban, Strand Road, Sadarghat, Chattogram-4000. One candidate may apply for one post only.

Age, eligibility and selection

• Junior Officer and Boiler Operator: age 18–32 years as of the application deadline. Affidavits are not accepted for age.
• Departmental candidates for serials 4–6 may apply up to 45 years under BPC subsidiary staff rules.
• Foreign degrees need equivalence from the Education Ministry / UGC.
• Serving government / semi-government / autonomous staff must apply through proper channel and show permission at viva.
• Written + practical (where applicable) + viva. Exam notices go by SMS and on www.elbl.gov.bd.
• Final selectees must pass a medical exam. False papers cancel candidature. Lobbying disqualifies. No TA/DA.

How to apply

1. Open elbl.teletalk.com.bd/elbl2026 and fill the online form carefully.
2. Upload a colour photo (300×300 px) and signature (300×80 px).
3. Review the Applicant’s Copy before paying. After fee payment, no edits are allowed.
4. Pay by Teletalk prepaid SMS within 72 hours using your User ID. Unpaid forms are not accepted.
5. Keep a colour print of the Applicant’s Copy for exams / viva.

• Serial 4 (Boiler Operator): Tk 112 (100 + 12)
• Serials 5–6 (Pump Operator, Office Assistant): Tk 56 (50 + 6)

Admit card and viva documents

Download the colour admit card from the apply portal using your User ID and password when notified. For viva, bring the colour Applicant’s Copy, three recent photos, original certificates/marksheets, computer training proof, valid licences/experience certificates (if any), NID, proper-channel permission and one attested photocopy set as listed in the circular.
