• Salary share: about 75% government + 25% Union Parishad

Eligibility

• Education: HSC or equivalent from a recognised board (minimum 2nd division / equivalent GPA). As per Supreme Court direction noted in the circular, any group/stream may apply—not only Commerce.
• Computer: Recognised computer training certificate; typing at least 20 wpm in Bangla and English.
• Age: 18–30 years as of 12 November 2026 (limited relaxation noted for certain UDC-related writ cases).
• Residency: Permanent resident of Netrokona district.
• Bangladeshi citizen; character and citizenship rules as in the circular; quota certificates where applicable.

Selection

Written exam first. Qualifiers sit practical (typing) and oral (viva). Bring attested copies of Applicant’s Copy, certificates, Netrokona citizenship/residency proof, NID or birth certificate, character certificate, and NOC if already employed.
