• Accounts Officer / Finance Officer — 25 — max age 30 — Masters/Honours in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics
• Assistant Programmer — 03 — max age 30 — B.Sc Engg / Honours in CSE, EEE, ICT or related
• Assistant Manager (Procurement / Sales) — 15 — max age 30 — Masters/Honours in Business Studies
• Assistant Chemist — 62 — max age 30 — B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or Applied Chemistry (higher CGPA bar)
• Assistant Engineer (Chemical) — 62 — max age 30 — B.Sc Engineering (Chemical) with required CGPA
• Assistant Engineer (Electrical) — 13 — max age 30 — B.Sc Engineering (Electrical)
• Technical Officer — 13 — max age 30 — B.Sc/M.Sc Physics or Applied Physics
• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) — 18 — max age 32 — B.Sc Mechanical Engineering (CGPA ≥ 3.00/4.00 or GPA ≥ 4.00/5.00 at every level)
• Assistant Engineer (Civil) — 03 — max age 32 — B.Sc Civil Engineering (same CGPA rule)

• Assistant Accounts / Finance Officer — 31 — max age 32 — Business education background
• Assistant Operations Officer — 03 — max age 32 — CSE/EEE/ICE degree or 4-year diploma + 3 years’ experience
• Assistant Commercial Officer — 19 — max age 32
• Sub-Assistant Chemist — 41 — max age 32 — B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Chemical) — 41 — max age 32 — 4-year Diploma (Chemical) + 3 years’ experience
• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) — 03 — max age 32 — 4-year Diploma (Mechanical) + 3 years’ experience

Age and other conditions

• General age band: 18–32 years as of 14 October 2026 (post-wise upper limits in the table may be 30, 32 or 38). Affidavits not accepted.
• Bangladeshi citizens only. Government quota and BCIC service rules apply.
• Selection: written and oral exams. No TA/DA.
• Selected staff must commit to at least three years of service.
• False papers cancel the appointment; BCIC may change vacancy numbers or cancel the process.

2. Pay the fee by Teletalk prepaid SMS within 72 hours using your User ID (instructions appear after submit; short code 16222).
3. Keep a colour print of the Applicant’s Copy.

After the written exam

If you pass, submit two attested sets of papers within 10 working days of the result notice to: Recruitment and Training Sub-division, BCIC, BCIC Bhaban (6th Floor), 30-31 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 (in person or registered post). Include Applicant’s Copy, admit card, certificates, 4 photos, NID/citizenship proof, character certificate and experience papers if any. Foreign degrees need UGC/Ministry equivalence. Serving employees need proper channel + original NOC at viva.
